Refund and Fulfillment Policy
FlowToken API Credits are digital service credits sold by Bestoo Service LLC. This policy explains delivery, refunds, cancellations, and dispute handling.
Digital delivery
After payment confirmation, access instructions are normally sent by email within 24 hours. Delivery includes the package name, usage instructions, support contact, and any account setup steps required to activate the service.
Refund eligibility
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase for unused FlowToken credits. Consumed API credits are generally non-refundable because usage creates immediate digital service costs.
Refunds we will consider
- Unused credits requested within 7 days after purchase.
- Duplicate charges or incorrect package charges.
- Orders that were paid but not delivered within the stated delivery period.
- Material service issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
Non-refundable cases
- Credits already consumed through API usage.
- Accounts suspended for prohibited use, fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of the Terms of Service.
- Customer mistakes involving shared credentials or unauthorized third-party use after delivery.
Cancellations
Most packages are one-time prepaid purchases, not subscriptions. An order can be canceled before delivery by contacting support. If access has already been delivered, the refund rules above apply.

Disputes
Please contact Bestoo Service LLC before opening a payment dispute so we can review delivery records and attempt to resolve the issue. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law or payment network rules.
